what size/age do kenyi breed?

I have a male and female.The male is 3" and the female is mabey 1 1/3.I also have on that is not quite blue or yellow.What sex might it be?( I named it pat for now)

To my knowledge, the 3" male should be big enough/old enough to breed, the female might need to mature a bit. The yellow/blue one you have sounds like a juvenile, and you will not be able to tell what sex it might be until it gets older.

If you want them to breed you must keep them in numbers 1 male to 3-4 females. With lots or rocks for hiding places.

That's true even if you want them to live :) . Male mbuna will harass a lone female to death, especially the most aggressive mbuna like kenyi.
