Copadichromis Borleyi
If I wanted to do a species tank of Borleyi in my 75 Galloin (4 foot) tank. What should I go with males /females numbers?

I would not do borleyi in a 75G at all. These are 8 inch bulky fish.
In a 72" tank you could do 3m:12f and another species or two.

125G Borleyi, Multipunctata
75G Demasoni, Msobo, Lucipinnis
75G Calvus, Similis, Petricola

Height seems to be important to these fish. I'd have no problems breeding them in a 4ft tank, but it would need to be 24" tall. I'd agree on not using a 75 gallon, and obviously, the bigger the tank the better. They looked quite good in my 7ft 265 gallon.
