Lake Malawi Species • OB Peacock question

Hi all. I have had an OB peacock that I have had since it was about 3 inches ish. He haas been with me for about 8/9 months and wondered how long until he is fully grow? Currently I would say he is about 4 inches at a guess. Also any ideas on how big they get? I’ve heard they can get pretty big. Thanks

I've seen some at 7". That's going to depend on tank size, tank mates, etc... But fish can continue growing for years, though obviously more slowly after they mature.

Tank size is 200 litres. It’s 100cm x 40cm deep x 55cm height. He is the only peacock but shares the tank with 4 labs and 8 Demasoni. So from what your saying he is still a baby

I have one that is a bit over 7”, I measured it about 1 year ago. He is approx 4 years old.
