Male peacock and yellow labs

Hi all. I keep one adult OB peacock in my Mbuna tank. Lately I have seen my OB peacock trying to mate with the yellow labs. There are no female peacocks and wondered if it’s possible that he will successfully mate with a lab. Thanks

It is possible. Did you know that the OB peacock is a hybrid with mbuna blood?
