How big are they? At first glance and without venting, they appear to be female. I've found they will start changing colour at 3-4" if they are male.

They are around 2 inches

At this age it is very hard to tell. Recommendation, add some more rocks. Mbuna, like your gorgeous zebra, love nice little caves and hiding spots. If not provided, they can get very aggressive. I made this mistake before, and my fish took the entire tank as his territory instead of just a cave. To prevent this, add as many caves as possible.

My guy is around 4inches and literally in the last few days has just started to show his blue colouring in his face. It’s stunning!
