Species tank - 40 Gallon Breeder
Water tests good, fish have been in for about a month, cycled off the breeders filter.

1 Male 4"
3 Female 3 to 3.5"

One female started pestering the other two she seemed to get a little darker as well. Now another is getting a little darker and the three of them are always squabbling, nothing serious but never would have thought.

Is it normal for the females to [email protected]#$ at each other so much? :D

Yes. I have never had luck with Aulonocara in a 36" tank.

Yes - the plan is to change the 40 to a 75 in the future and adding a few more females, as soon as we can make room. Just did not consider the females getting an attitude especially how slow/docile these ethelwynnae are. We really like them it is still a very peaceful tank.
