New tank ideas

Postby Candispirit » Thu Jun 21, 2018 2:33 pm

Hi all, I got myself some cichlids finally :). Right now they are in a 37gal tall and was wondering how long I have untill I need to buy a bigger tank. I do plan on getting maybe a 75g, I can't go much bigger then that unfortunately due to space issues. Im probably going to switch to just bumblebee cichlids because my one male is the boss of my tank and doesn't let the other fish swim anywhere freely. I also have a pregnant bumblebee in a 2 gal Currently. First time having a pregnant one so I'm just seeing how it goes. Any tip or ideas for my current tank would be nice. (I know I need a bigger tank so please don't just tell me that haha)

The last picture is the boss of my tank normally is pitch black, first time I caught him with some yellowing

How big are the fish (include the tail).

If you have crabro who are old enough to hold eggs/babies then you should have the 75G right away.
