Deformed oscar

It looks like he has 2 tails or like his dorsal and anal fin has over grown with no caudal fin. They move is a scissor like motion. I assume the top fin is a part of the deformity.

Well, that's not something you see everyday I guess. And, it looks like it has some variant of the 'Tiger' coloration, with no visible or distinct tail ocellus. Is this one yours?
