I have 4 full grown altifrons in my 150 gallon tank that are stunning. Unfortunately I have the wrong sex ratio with 3 males and 1 female. The dominant male keeps the 2 other males pinned to the top of the tank. Is there any solution other than rehoming all of them? I’m afraid that the next male will step up if I rehome only the current alpha male. I’m also afraid that the subdominant males will die from the stress.

I’ve had these fish for many years but things got bad when the numbers dropped from 6 to 4. They are large fish so I really don’t want to add more. At this point I would give them all up if there was anyone in the NYC area who needs more altifrons.
150 Gallon:
