Getting ready to stock a 75 gallon SA/CA tank. I have a 180 that I will be rehoming the fish within the year. Everything in the 75 will go into the 180 eventually.
I'm looking at the following:
Oscar
JD
5 Silver Dollars
3-5 Eartheater juruparis
And, maybe a catfish?
Would this work in a 75 for about a year?

Re: 75 Stocking Help
I'm a big fan of geophagus if you have a large enough tank for a group, which you do. If you like large cichlids, I've mixed the following over the years with good results: angelfish, severum, uaru, festivum. Angelfish and uaru also do best in groups.
The JD might be too aggressive for the oscar. I'm also not a fan of silver dollars because they are very skittish and make the other fish skittish too.

Geophagus, Angelfish

Bolivian Rams, Rummynoses, Corys, Dwarf Loaches, Neons, Glass Catfish
