South American Cichlids • Tank mates for red head tapajos

Hey guys I have red head tapajos.. as well as Bolivian butterfly, clown loach and an acara.. was wondering what I could also add to this mix that would get along well.. now I have noticed these fish do tend to stay at the bottom of the tank making it look ‘bare’ and mid water or surface dwellers? I don’t really want anything common but something different.
