General Aquaria Discussion • Petricola cat fish causing trouble or just playing games?

So my petricola cat fish keeps moving my cichlids away from their hiding spot. I just added him yesterday. The whole tank is only less then a week old. I'm sure it's a territorial thing but I read somewhere that they were good with cichlids. The other thing I'm confused about is they keep going back.. he was friendly all the first day with them too. Are they just playing around or Should I be worried?

Protecting it's cave... which it will do pretty well for now, but won't when the cichlids get bigger.... at this point, nowhere near enough rockwork in the tank for mbuna.

Makes sense. We just picked up two more rocks for the tank today. Good to know!
