HELP Fry tank has bugs

I don't know how these little things got in there but can anyone help with what they are and should I be worried about my bn pleco and auratus fry please help

It's hard to get a better pic of them theirs not many and I don't always see them I do water changes and try to suck them up and not the fry I'll try again and get a better pic
