General Aquaria Discussion • related..... does flash damage the fishes eyes ?

I am about to do some hopefully improved shots of my tank by using a couple of pro flash units with lightboxes.

..but i wasnt sure if i might be harming the fish.

any advise on this matter would be great.

Most fish don't show any signs that is is harmful to them. I actually believe that most fish cannot even see the flash bc it is too fast and they just don't react to it for the most part.
