Going out on a limb

Decided to take another approach. I am going with small 1- and 1/2 in Tanganyika cichlids and a few plecos along with some shrimps in my tank, along with several plants....

What Tangs? Is this the 30" tank? The Tangs will eat the shrimp and one pleco is plenty for a 75G...I would not do 2 in a smaller tank unless you are spawning them.
