Unidentified Cichlids • Unsure Cichlid ID - request

Hi All,
This is probably a Rio Grande Cichlid, but wanted to get more educated & experienced opinions than mine. I've caught a lot of juvie Rios, and the coloration, pattern, head shape and even eye color don't really match what I've seen before. Thinking it might be a different species in the Texas complex, or a hybrid? Thanks for any help you can give me!

Perhaps, some type of Herichthys hybrid?
