Unidentified Cichlids • Please Id

Friend of my wife was moving an was not able to take her fish so I rescued 2 african cichlids, 2 catfish and this. I have no idea what it is other than being a cichlid. Dont think its an african as all the africans I've seen have been more colorful, im thinking some sort of central american maybe? But i really dont know much about the species themselves so who knows. Thanks for yalls help.

The pic looked better on my phone lol. Its silver with some blue, has a few black spots on the sides and the tail is tipped red. I can get a better pic if need be.

That would be a Green Terror, Andinoacara rivulatus. Appears to be a female, but it's hard to say from that little picture.
