I have previously posted on here about these fish but they have grown a bit would like to see if they could be determined in sex a bit easier so here are some pics tank was just cleaned sorry for the cloudy water

First one looks female due to paleness of color second one looks male because his colors pop out more and the red runs along the body. The first one may be a male though because it does have pointed dorsal fins from the way the pic looks.

for most cichlid species, the dominant male will get his colors first
