Do Frontosa moms eat their fry?
Will a mother Frontosa eventually start eating her fry? We have mom and fry sequestered in a 20 long and a couple of babies are now missing. She stopped taking them back in her mouth a couple of days ago.

If the fry are free swinging there is no reason to have her in the tank with them. I doubt she will eat them, but if she held to term she hasn't eaten in almost 30 days, it could be possible.
