Feeding question

Postby Fsu1000 » Tue Jun 09, 2020 8:34 am

I have a new community of young Tanganyika’s calvus, julies, Leleupi, etc. They do not seem to like the NLS fish food. They spit it out and mostly gets ignored.. I tried brine and they went crazy happy. Went back to Feeding NLS this morning, and very disinterested.. What should I do or try?

Continue to offer the NLS and skip the brine until they are established on the NLS.

You can ask the vendor what he/she was feeding them and feed both initially. Gradually increase the NLS and decrease the vendor food until the transition is complete.

Verify they are not sick, they are in a large enough tank and the test results for water quality are good.
