Got a 130 L tank lots rocks with 4 juli ornata in, ordered online got 3 medium and one a lot bigger than others, one fish has like a bite out of dorsal fin, do they normally fight like this in a tank, im new to cichlids, as one is quite bit bigger thsn others is thst a problem?
Also they dont like live cyclops or frozen blood worm only seem to like the cichlid flakes, is that normal

It's a good idea to buy a fair number of unsexed juveniles and let them choose a mate from the group. Once that happens, the pair will drive the others out of the killing them if necessary.

Watch for any individual that lurks under the surface or has injuries like you mention. Rehome those.

There is no need to feed those foods, cichlid flakes is fine. It is probably what they were fed by the previous owner. If you want to give them the occasional snack (as opposed to a balanced meal) then try the other options in very small amounts maybe once/week.
