Like the other guy said, it's a thermometer, what else is there to say?
Well a little actually. These are pretty well the cheapest meters out there, and probably the most widely available. They are great for smaller fish and goldfish, and other ornimentals, but big cichlids will break them. For some reason they always seem to figure out that banging the thing against the glass gets attention. Crafty lil' buggers.
These are also nice because the will float freely in the tank, and kids find that just fantastic.
These things can't really compare to tempstrips, but I still love them.
