female digging
I have 2 female kenyi, and 1 male red zebra. The female is digging all over the crushed coral all of a sudden. The male red zebra sometimes tries to breed but she chases him away. I want to know why she is starting to dig so much .

Re: female digging
One is about 2 inches & it might be a hybrid . She has 6-7 stripes. And the other one is about 3 inches . Maybe a little bigger. I did the venting before i put her in. Im 100% sure its a female. She's just digging everywhere.

Re: female digging
Do you think that she may be trying to make a flat surface to lay eggs. I have rocks , but none are flat.
