Hello all , i was thinking about starting a new front tank
just wondering what is the best substrate for a frontosa tank , and is it recommended to have plants aswell or just stay away from plants
( and also if anyone knows a good website to purchase substrate from)

Most of us on C-F will tell you Pool Filter Sand (PFS). It look's great and is well sand.
