What size tank are you going to get....that really depends the major factor in what to recommend to keep and what you are looking for....water pet? species? breeding?

How large of a tank and how vigilant will you be in water changes? You have to remember that both fish you are looking at get exceptionally large. You also have to consider the ease of both of these, in that they are not very easy.
How big is your tank we'll go from there

i would say that is an minimum size for either of these fish.
There are many other better options out there for you to start with.
I you have to have one of these two fish, then I wouldn't put more than 1 m and 3 females in an 80 gallon.

you 80 gallons; 3 times a week in an 80 gallon tank...
Seems to be plenty of water changes.
I still think these fish are a little to big to have more than 4-5 in this tank.

To be honest I wouldn't keep either of those in a 80 gallon tank. Frontosa need a 6 foot length tank and the Dovii is at least the same if not more. But, that is just my opinion since they both get at least 10" in length full grown. Frontosa's do better as a group and not individual.

As far as I know, people have always recommended a 125+ for Fronts because they are a social fish and they get huge. I personally couldn't see having more than one full-sized Frontosa in my 75 and have it live comfortably -- much less 4. Perhaps if you grew them out in the 80 and then upgraded that would work. I'm not a Frontosa expert, so I might be wrong.

go for something around 5 foot...
the fronts will prolly be fine in a tank of that length.
