New tank setup

Postby TimothyHD » Fri Apr 07, 2017 3:10 pm

I am getting ready to setup a new 55g tank. This is my first cichlid tank. I haven't settle on species completely, but am considering Sualosi, Rustys, and Red Zebras (all 1m4f) or just to Saulosi (3m7f) and Rustys (1m4f). My main question is do I stock it all at once or can I do some at a time? If I do some at a time, how do I go about that?

Thanks for the advice

I'd do it all at once, and go with the second mix.

I too agree with the second option. I like zebras in 75gals or more, a 55gal is too narrow of a tank.
