I have the opportunity to get a 75gallon full set up (sump, canister, tank, lights, stand......) for 200 tomorrow but the only issue is that theres a very large stone 3D background which may be adhered to the tank (possibly silicone or cement). Is it possible to remove such items when they are adhered to the tank, or are they essentially a permanent fixture of the tank? If that is the case, and it is impossible to remove should that affect whether I buy the tank? I was told in another forum that I should definitely not buy the tank if the background cannot be removed.
Here is a link to the pictures of the tank I may buy

Thanks for your advice,
