Air pump for fish room.

Postby lilscoots » Tue Jun 26, 2012 3:14 pm

I'm going to be running 4x20L and 2x10gallon. I was hoping to run sponge filters and have one air pump drive them all. Can anyone with experience suggest an air pump that would be sufficient for this purpose? I've only ever used hob's on my small tanks (which don't seem very effective) but like the simplicity of sponge filters on one air source.

Heh, $75 or less If that's possible...I have no idea what to even look for. I was looking at some other sites and some suggested an ecoPlus commercial air but I couldn't find any information on how many tanks each model would run. Is there something in my price range that would work? I'd rather spend a bit more for something of some quality if I have to, but there seem to be some pumps around the 50$ mark that get good reviews from people. But I trust these people here more.
