Feeding Fry

My albino pink cichlid just released a batch of about 50 fry. The egg sac has gone and I don't know what to feed them. I have heard that I should crush flake food into a fine powder until I can find some brime shrimp. Any suggestions?

I feed my fry First Bites until I can get them on NLS Grow. You can also crush NLS Grow into powder.

All you have to do is pulverize flake food and make sure they get small amounts often. Keep there bellies full.
