I have a 6 foot 125 gallon tank with about 37 fish in there...average size about 2 - 2 1/2 inches approximately
My main food is NLS Cichlid pellets 1mm size

How many pellets of this size would you consider feeding...i did about 3 pinches and then counted comes to about 120 pellets approx

would you think that is too much the fish eat them up i no time...worried about over feeding..concerned about the lesser smaller fish not getting enough

I feed my adults once a day, and what they can eat in around 20-30 seconds MAX. You will get a feel for it over time by the look of your fish and your nitrate levels. Since your feeding 1mm pellets, you should have no issues as far as weaker fish getting food as long as the food is not all dropped in the exact same spot. 1mm sinking pellets are great as they allow all fish to get some pellets.
